📄 Referral Program Rules: "Refer and Earn"

Eligibility

• Referrers: Open to past clients, professional partners, and friends of the firm.

• New Clients Only: The referred prospect must be a new lead who has not previously contacted [Your Company Name] or been entered into our database within the last 24 months.

Qualified Referrals

A "Qualified Referral" is defined as a prospective client who:

• Submits a referral form via this website or is introduced directly via email.

• Signs a formal construction contract for a project with a minimum value of $[Insert Minimum, e.g., $50,000].

• Makes the initial project deposit or "Notice to Proceed" payment.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is scaled based on the total value of the signed contract:

• Tier 1: Projects between $[X] - $[Y] = $100 Bonus

• Tier 2: Projects between $[Y] - $[Z] = $500 Bonus

• Tier 3: Custom New Builds or Whole Home Remodels ($[Z]+) = $1,000 Bonus

Payout Timeline

• Bonus checks are processed within [30] days of the project’s official start date (after the cooling-off period and initial funding are secured).

• Referrers will be notified via email once the contract is finalized.

Program Limitations

• No "Self-Referrals" (you cannot refer your own primary residence).

• Only one bonus is paid per household/address.

• If two people refer the same client, the bonus goes to the person who submitted the form first.
